I operate at Flagler Hospital and the St. Augustine Surgery Center.
Office is located near Flagler Hospital.
We have Electronic Medical Records (EMR) which allows e-prescribing. This means the patient will not have to drop off their prescription. It will usually be ready for them by the time they arrive to the Pharmacy.
Blood work can be drawn at the office.
On site hearing evaluation, swallow evaluation, speech pathology and voice therapy.
We file most insurances
