- Turn onto SR 312 traveling East toward the beaches and cross over the SR 312 Bridge
- Take the first right at the foot of the bridge into the Harbour Island entrance
- Travel to the end of this short road and turn left at Plantation Island Drive
- Take the first right into the Harbour Island Executive Center
- Suite 401 is in the second building on the left
From I-95
- Exit 311 onto SR 207 North and travel 3.8 miles
- Turn right onto SR 312 traveling East toward the beaches and cross over the SR 312 Bridge
- Take the first right at the foot of the bridge into the Harbour Island entrance
- Travel to the end of this short road and turn left at Plantation Island Drive
- Take the first right into the Harbour Island Executive Center
- Suite 401 is in the second building on the left
From Palatka
- Travel on SR 207 north to SR 312 east (SR 312 is 3.7 miles from the I-95 and SR 207 intersection).
- Stay on SR 312 traveling East toward the beaches and cross over the SR 312 Bridge
- Take the first right at the foot of the bridge into the Harbour Island entrance
- Travel to the end of this short road and turn left at Plantation Island Drive
- Take the first right into the Harbour Island Executive Center

From Palm Coast
- Travel on I-95 north to US 1 north (exit 298)
- Continue on US 1 North for approximately 15 miles
- Turn right onto SR 312 traveling East toward the beaches and cross over the SR 312 Bridge

- Travel to the end of this short road and turn left at Plantation Island Drive
